Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of regalopssolutions.com and, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, to virtual assistant services provided by Regal Ops Solutions, a Udyam (MSME) registered business based in India (“Regal Ops Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide remote virtual assistant services as described in your chosen plan or written proposal. The specific tasks, hours, time zone and communication channels are agreed with you during onboarding.

3. Free trial task

Where offered, the free trial task covers up to 2 hours of work on one task, once per business, with no obligation. We may decline trial tasks that are unsuitable or unlawful.

4. Plans, fees and payment

• Plans are invoiced monthly in advance in USD (international) or INR (India, plus applicable GST).
• Unused hours roll over for one month on the Growth plan; on other plans they expire at month end.
• If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause services after giving 7 days' notice.
• Payment-processor, currency-conversion and bank fees are payable by the client.

5. Term and cancellation

Plans are month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice to connect@regalopssolutions.com. Fees already paid for the current billing month are non-refundable; unused hours are handled as described in section 4.

6. VA replacement

If you're not satisfied with your assigned VA, tell us and we'll provide a replacement at no extra cost and support the handover, subject to reasonable availability.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide clear instructions, timely feedback and the access needed to complete tasks.
• Only ask us to perform lawful tasks you have the right to delegate, and keep final approval of payments, legal documents and regulated activities.
• Do not solicit our VAs for direct employment during the engagement and for 12 months after it ends, without our written consent.

8. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information confidential and our VAs sign NDAs. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request.

9. Intellectual property

Work product created specifically for you belongs to you once paid for. We keep ownership of our own templates, SOP frameworks and know-how.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the one month before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Website content

Website content, calculator results and blog articles are for general information only and are estimates, not guarantees.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
