Privacy Policy

How Regal Ops Solutions collects, uses and protects your information.

Effective date and last updated: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

Regal Ops Solutions, a Udyam (MSME) registered business based in India (“Regal Ops Solutions”, “we”, “us”), provides virtual assistant services. Website: regalopssolutions.com. Contact: connect@regalopssolutions.com · +91 8851548723.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us through forms (contact, booking request, savings calculator, quiz, free-guide download, offer popup): name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, website, country, the services or tasks you're interested in, your quiz answers and calculator inputs, and any message you write.
  • Marketing source information: the page you landed on, the referring website, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid). We store this in your browser's local storage so it can be attached to your enquiry.
  • Usage data (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, how you arrived (e.g. search, a link or a campaign tag), device and browser type, approximate location (country/city, derived from your IP address, which Google does not store), and actions such as submitting a form or clicking "Book a call". Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept in our cookie banner — see section 6.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes when you contact us.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, schedule calls and send the resources you request (e.g. the PDF guide).
  • To prepare proposals and deliver our services.
  • To send occasional, relevant emails about delegation tips and our services — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns work, and improve our website.
  • To prevent spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Depending on where you are, we rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and marketing our services to businesses, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process your personal data for the purposes described here on the basis of your consent or for legitimate uses permitted by that Act. Where the UK/EU GDPR applies, our legal bases are consent, legitimate interests and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, which may process data on our behalf:

  • Website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc.
  • Lead storage and email notifications: Google (Google Sheets / Apps Script)
  • Email: GoDaddy (domain email)
  • Scheduling: Cal.com
  • Website analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd) — cookies only with your consent. We do not currently use advertising cookies or the Meta Pixel.
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta)

These providers may store data outside India, including in the United States.

6. Cookies, consent and local storage

Cookie banner. On your first visit we show a small banner with Accept and Decline. We use Google Consent Mode v2: by default, analytics and all advertising storage are set to “denied”.

  • If you click Accept, Google Analytics 4 may set its first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, which normally last up to 2 years) to measure visits and conversions such as form submissions. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and ad user data stay denied.
  • If you click Decline (or make no choice), no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics may still receive limited, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed), without identifiers stored on your device, which Google uses in aggregated, modelled reports.
  • Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (ros_consent) so the banner doesn't appear again. You can change it at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing your browser's site data.

Local storage. We also use your browser's local storage to remember whether you've seen our offer popup, your marketing source (UTM tags), and whether you've unlocked calculator results. These stay on your device and are only sent to us if you submit a form.

Embedded booking calendar. Our contact page embeds Cal.com so you can book a call; Cal.com may use cookies or storage needed to run the calendar, under its own privacy policy.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (then for the duration of the contract plus any legally required period). You can ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to marketing — email connect@regalopssolutions.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India).

9. Grievance Officer

If you have a concern or complaint about how we handle your personal data, please contact:
Grievance Officer, Regal Ops Solutions
Email: connect@regalopssolutions.com
We will acknowledge and resolve grievances within the time required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, password managers, NDAs for staff). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.
